
The Slammy Awards are finally here, and as always, fans are excited about the big categories. One of the most popular is Male Superstar of the Year, and now, the winner has been announced.
For Male Superstar of the Year, we have huge names. Cody Rhodes finally finished his story last year and has been a great Undisputed WWE Champion. Roman Reigns became the true OTC and a highlight of WWE television.
GUNTHER was also nominated thanks to his run as the WWE World Heavyweight Champion, while CM Punks run over the past year earned him a nomination as well. Other names included Seth Rollins, Drew McIntyre and Damian Priest, all of whom had a solid performance over the past year as well.
During the Slammy Awards this year, Piper Niven, Braun Strowman and Dude Love came out to present the Male Superstar of the Year award. It was officially announced that Cody Rhodes has won the Male Superstar of the Year award, something that fans feel he more than deserves, considering how integral he was to WWE. This also marked the second time he won the award since he won last year as well.
Cody Rhodes has shown that hard work, passion, and talent really do pay off in pro wrestling. From his emotional win at WrestleMania to his time as champion, 2025 has truly been the Year of the American Nightmare. Winning the Slammy for Male Superstar of the Year is just the cherry on top.
