AJ Styles isnt ready to hang up his boots just yetand that means the TNA Hall of Fame will have to wait.
During a recent Fanatics Live signing, the former TNA and current WWE Superstar opened up about why he declined a previous offer to be inducted into the TNA Hall of Fame. There was a time they wanted me to come in and be in the TNA Hall of Fame, Styles admitted. I just thought it was a little disrespectful at the time, to WWE, to go into the TNA Hall Of Fame.
Despite his legendary run in TNAwhich included multiple world title reigns and a triple crown achievementStyles made it clear that any Hall of Fame honor should come after his in-ring career is over. I want to go into the Hall of Fame when Im done wrestling. I think thats more appropriate, he said.
Styles didnt shut the door completely, though. There are a lot of places Ive wrestled and Im very thankful that I can be in any Hall of Fame. Im gonna wait until Im done.
With Styles gearing up to face Logan Paul at WrestleMania 41 Sunday, his focus remains firmly on delivering in the ring. But fans are already wondering which Hall of Fame will honor him firstand where he wants his legacy to shine brightest.
