John Cena officially made history at WrestleMania 41, becoming a 17-time world championbut fans didnt leave celebrating.
The Cenation Leader faced Cody Rhodes in the main event of WrestleMania 41 Night 2, and while many were expecting major surprise appearances from The Rock or Stone Cold Steve Austin, the only cameo came from rapper Travis Scott.
Scott got involved late in the match, pulling the referee out just as Cody Rhodes had Cena pinned after a CrossRhodes. Moments later, Scott was laid out with one of his own after The American Nightmare had enough of the interference.
Cena then introduced the Undisputed WWE Championship into the match. After a brief struggle, Cody got control of the belt but chose not to use it. That moral choice backfired. Cena hit Rhodes with a low blow and cracked him with the belt before scoring the three count to win his record-breaking 17th world title.
After the match, Cena invited Travis Scott back into the ring to celebrate. The show went off air with Cena smiling while Cody looked on, completely stunned outside the ring.
But the disrespect didnt stop there. Once WrestleMania ended, WWE posted a video showing Cena walking backstage with the title belt worn backwardssmirking as fans booed loudly. The man who once stood for respect and hustle walked out mocking the very title he now holds.
