Karrion Kross didnt hold back after Logan Paul picked up a win over AJ Styles at WrestleMania 41. And while Paul continues to cement himself as a WWE mainstay, Kross made it clear hes fed up with what he sees as shortcuts and viral stunts being prioritized over wrestling passion.
During a WWE YouTube post-show segment, Kross hijacked the broadcast to sound off. The frustration poured out of him as he ripped into Logan Paul and the system that he feels rewards internet fame over years of hard work.
Lets talk about how awesome it is that Logan Paul just won. Lets talk about what Logan Paul represents. The shortcut, Kross said with venom in his voice. Feels so good to be here. Feels so good to be in the business, thinking about all of the funerals that I wasnt able to attend for the last eleven years in this business, all the holidays I missed. I could have just started a YouTube channel. Could have just jumped in there with AJ Styles. Feels really good, right? Its awesome.
His wife Scarlett jumped in, reminding fans that theyve put in a combined 25 years in wrestlingand still werent given a WrestleMania match. Kross doubled down.
They know because theyre normal human beings, and they actually love professional wrestling, but apparently this doesnt mean shit anymore, he snapped. That doesnt mean shit.
In a fiery follow-up, he called out AJ Stylesreal name Allenfor refusing to use the brass knuckles Kross handed him mid-match. Kross said Styles had a chance to stand up for everyone in the back, but instead let pride take over.
Sometimes, to do the right thing, you have to do the wrong thing, but hes a narcissist, and he had to do it his way, Kross fumed. Hey, Allen, how many more WrestleManias do you have in your system? Probably, I dont know, one? Maybe its just this last one, and you just pissed that away. For what?! For what?! For your way.
Kross made it clearhes tired of doing things the right way and being overlooked while influencers get pushed to the top.
