Blair Davenport is speaking out after being released by WWEand shes keeping it all the way real.

Davenport, who made her mark in NXT UK and won the Womens Iron Survivor Challenge in 2023, was part of WWEs talent cuts earlier this year. After moving to the main roster in 2024 and debuting on SmackDown in June, her run ended just months later with limited TV time. She appeared in the Womens United States Title tournament but was eliminated in the first round. Her final match aired in November 2024.

Now shes opening up about her exit. Because I was part of a big release. I think it was just budget cuts to make up their contracts, Davenport explained during a livestream. I dont have any negative feelings or anything like that. Its just the job and the business. Thats the way it goes, really.

Rather than dwell on it, shes focused on the road ahead. Im excited for whats coming in the future, Im excited to kind of get back to my roots a little bit, and do my own thing again. I did love doing stuff in Japan and the UK. Im excited to do the Indies in America because Ive never actually done the indies here at all.

She made it clear shes not looking for sympathy: Dont be upset for me, its fine. Its the job, its the way it goes. Im happy for all my friends who are still there.

Blairs taking her next step on her own termsand shes not looking back.
