After going No. 1 overall in the 2025 WNBA Draft, Bueckers is now down south in Dallas with her new team. In official photos, heres a first-look at Paige wearing her No. 5. Wings jersey.
Paige once told CT Insiders Maggie Vanoni that she picked five because thats what she wore when she played with USA Basketball. The kicks shes wearing are the X-Ray Kobe 5s to match the fly of her Wings uniform.
Ahead of training camp, which officially starts April 27, the Wings welcomed her and fellow WNBA draft picksAziaha James, Madison Scott, JJ Quinerly and Aaronette Vonleyin an introductory press conference. Sitting alongside new General Manager Curt Miller and new head coach Chris Koclanes, Paige talked about the Wings being a winning organization, and that theyll continue to build off each other, continue to build off the momentum of womens sports and the wave thats been created.
