The April 23, 2025, episode of AEW Dynamite brought a fresh twist to TBS with an eventful night of high-stakes action as rap legend Master P made his appearance during the show and more.
According to Dave Meltzer, AEW Dynamite drew 521,000 viewers, down significantly from the 624,000 viewers it scored on April 16. In the key P1849 demographic, the show posted a 0.14 rating also down from last weeks 0.17. These numbers only reflect the TBS television broadcast and do not include viewership from Max.
Dave Meltzer noted that two NBA playoff games and one NHL playoff game were going head-to-head. The ratings were ranked 5th each hour, and the viewership was hurt by the 5 p.m. West Coast start time. This number doesnt include MAX viewership.

FTR also returned from suspension and they brought Stokely Hathaway with them, as they destroyed the Rock n Roll Express. This and many other moments took place throughout the night.
