The April 21st edition of Monday Night Raw was the highly anticipated episode after WrestleMania 41, and it surpassed all expectations. However, Cody Rhodes was absent from the show and now the reason behind his absence has been revealed.
While speaking during aQ&A session on Sportkseeda Wrestlebinge, TC of WrestleVotes was asked about Cody Rhodes absence from the Raw after WrestleMania 41. He explained that Cody had been at Hollywood Studios in Florida with his family.
It was noted that Rhodes was spending time at the theme parks, going on rides, and enjoying the experience as a father with his daughter. He added that someone he knew happened to be there and managed to get a selfie with Cody Rhodes, confirming that Rhodes was simply taking a well-deserved break with his family.
WrestleMania 41 saw John Cena defeat Cody Rhodes in the main event after Travis Scott got involved, thus leading to Cena making history by winning his 17th World Championship.
After an unforgettable WrestleMania main event and one of the most talked-about matches of the year, Cody Rhodes time off is definitely well-earned.
