Injuries can happen at any given time in the world of professional wrestling, considering just how physical the business can be. Unfortunately, it appears an AEW star has now been pulled from an upcoming match after potentially suffering an injury.
Luchablog took to Twitter and announced a late change to todays Arena Mexico CMLL card. It was confirmed that Skadi and Lady Frost will be squaring off against each other in a singles match. Billie Starkz was originally going to be involved in the match and she appeared to be hurt at the end of her match last night and has been pulled from the bout.
It is to be noted that originally, Billie Starkz and Lady Frost were supposed to face off against Skadi and India Sioux in tag team action, but thats not going to happen anymore. During last nights match, Starkz and Frost duked it out with La Jarochita & Zeuxis and lost to the Mexican team as well.
Billie Starkz has seen a ton of growth over the past year and her most recent match against Mercedes Mone definitely made fans notice just how good she really is, so fans are hoping she isnt seriously injured.
Starkzs possible injury is worrying for people who have seen her grow into one of AEWs most promising young talents. Therefore, well have to wait and see whether AEW will make an announcement about Starkz, and in the meantime, fans are hoping for the best.
