Masha Slamovich defended her title against Tessa Blanchard in what should have been a hard-hitting showdown. Instead, the fans in Los Angeles turned completely against the match, drowning it out with brutal chants. At one point, the crowd was chanting Lets go Cena, Cena sucks, throwing back to one of the most iconic fan chants in wrestling. They didnt stop there, as loud Whoop that trick chants broke out too, completely hijacking the atmosphere.
Despite the hostile crowd, the action kept going. In the closing moments, Tessa hit her buzzsaw move but Masha kicked out at two. Masha fired back with a brutal knee strike for her own two count before finally locking in an arm bar to force Tessa to tap out and retain the Knockouts Championship.
Even with the loud distractions, Masha Slamovich walked out of Rebellion still holding her gold but the real story was the fans completely trashing the match from start to finish.
