Kenzie Paige is not backing down from her feud with Natalya and now shes making it clear exactly why she stormed the legendary Hart Dungeon and attacked the WWE star.
The NWA Womens World Champion sat down with Horror Pop After Midnight and didnt hold back when it came to explaining her side of the story. Dont even bring up Natalya, Paige snapped. You know what? Actually, lets, lets talk on it. Everyone thinks Im the bad guy, Im the bad one because I went to the dungeon. Maybe I did break in. Maybe I did beat her up and attack her.
Paige made it clear that, in her eyes, Natalya brought the whole situation on herself. You didnt show me the respect I deserved. And when you dont show someone respect, what do you expect them to do? What I did? Break into the dungeon and beat her ass in front of all her little friends, she said.
The rivalry between Paige and Natalya has been heating up fast, starting with a clash during Josh Barnetts Bloodsport over WrestleMania weekend. Things boiled over when Paige showed up at the Hart Dungeon a place deeply tied to Natalyas wrestling legacy and ambushed her.
Now the two are set to finally settle things in the ring at the NWA Crockett Cup event on May 17. With emotions already out of control, their showdown is shaping up to be anything but a technical wrestling clinic.
