Thekla parted ways with STARDOM at All-Star Grand Queendom and since then, her next destination has been a major topic of discussion. With rumors pointing towards a WWE move, Thekla has now added to the speculation by recently reuniting with Giulia.
Thekla took to Twitter and uploaded a photo of herself alongside Giulia, as they reunited for the first time in a while. The two were clearly happy to see each other as they were all smiles. She pointed out how it was a Mafia Bella reunion, saying, Mafia Bella reunion. It is to be noted that the two teamed up as Mafia Bella from 2022 to 2024 and terrorized STARDOM in a big way.
As reported earlier, Thekla has hired a professional agent to help with her next moves, and shes heading to the U.S. Its been said that several American wrestling promotions are already interested in signing her.
While speaking on Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer confirmed that WWE has been interested in Thekla for a long time. WWEs been after her for years, Meltzer said, mentioning that WWE had also tried to sign other top Japanese stars like IYO SKY, Kairi, and Mayu Iwatani in the past. Meltzer also noted that IYO SKYs success in WWE might have influenced Theklas decision, saying, IYO doing so well probably encouraged her to go.
With WWEs long-standing interest in Thekla, her meeting Giulia has made fans think that a potential signing might be closer than ever. Therefore, fans are excited to see where she goes next and whether shell join WWE or another major promotion when all is said and done.
